In our house, as the plants keep multiplying, we've come to realize they are a needed part of our home.
We cherish spending time with the plants and watching them grow and change. Seeing new little sprouts brings a smile to our faces and reminds us to take a moment and slow down and appreciate the little things. I'm lucky to be able to have a bit of nature in my house with me.

Keeping house plants dramatically increases the households happiness, that is of course unless they all keep dying. No one enjoys making a plant unhappy, and though its inevitable to not understand some plants there's some things we can learn to have a better chance at getting our plants to grow happily.
Here are some tips and tricks as well as some useful information for plant parents.

Inspect the plant always inspect your plant before bringing it inside. look for bugs or disease
Read the label read the label to learn how much light and water your plant needs. if there isn't a label try checking google
Get to know them take some time to get to know your plant and learn what they like

Water Smart over watering is the lead plant issue. Instead of water on schedule check the soil for moisture.
Light look for sunny areas in your home. Pay attention to lanky/pale leaves as this can be a sign of needing more light
Fertilize it's good to boost your plant regularly. Make an inexpensive fertilizer with eggshells or banana peels.
Environment aim to keep the plants in a warm environment with good airflow and some moisture in the air

- Which window gets the most light?
- South facing window = Bright sunlight
- East & West facing window = Moderate sunlight
- North facing Window = Very little sunlight
